The impeccable service and the attention to detail! We booked superior room, it had basic facilities you could ask for: central heating, a safe box, and TV. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and amazingly kind, solved all problems we had.

It's like being in a dream, away from the noisy city but close enough to Fira and Oia. The gym is a perfect place to sweat out the volcanic energy. And the colored lights? Just fabulous.

I just loved waiting for hours for my room, chasing down staff for service, and being told they can't provide basic amenities. So thoughtful!

We had an amazing experience at Rocabella, and we would definitely come back. All the staff, but specially Georgia, as well as the spa therapists Stelios and Simon, made us feel at home. The hotel is in an unbeatable location, central to all main attractions, and it has the most spectacular view in the whole island: cliffs, volcano and ocean. The room was very spacious and clean. Also, since the hotel has 4 small pools, none of the pools is ever too crowded, which feels a lot more private and nice. Excellent breakfast as well... In other words, we will definitely come back! This resort has a magnificent location. The staff were the most attentive , I have encountered anywhere, so polite and responsive to needs.breakfast and staff at breakfast were amazing.always wanting to please you.

The room needs major upgrade. Has magnificent view but needs painting. A wardrobe at least to put your things in and hooks in bathroom to hang towels. Had to leave towels on bed for day as nowhere in bathroom to put them.could also do with lounger on balcony.then would be awesome.

What a wonderful stay at Rocabella! We had an amazing trip, enjoying the quiet and calm location away from the cities. The staff's kindness and level of service was truly exceptional. The food was always prepared to a high standard and the stunning views over the caldera were breathtaking. The different pools each had their own unique charm and provided a refreshing swim. The rooms were also well-maintained and met our expectations. We will definitely be coming back!

Unbelievably stunning views, perfect location, multiple pools to enjoy, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast options and delicious food at the restaurant. Upgraded room with all amenities and beautiful Caldera views. Vlad, the waiter, went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I will definitely return with my wife.

The views were amazing.. although there were not views from the rooms we stayed in, despite what we thought when we booked it.

there was no wifi and the shared computers were very slow.. very minor thing.

The hotel could be a bit fussy at times, with long check-in and check-out processes and complications when trying to get drinks or umbrellas. There was also some noise and inconvenience due to a large wedding taking place during my stay.
